It opens on grapefruit and bitter orange, turns herbal with rosemary and basil, and finishes long and properly bitter, with timut pepper sharpening the edge. Silver at the Prix Épicures in 2022. One part over ice, two parts tonic or sparkling water, and you have the Jardins Spritz.
