THE STORY

Rhubarb is what Abavas grows. On their own fields in Tukuma county, in the river valley where the winery has been making drinks from local ingredients for decades. The rhubarb juice here is fresh and organic — sharp where it needs to be, with that particular tartness that lavender softens rather than masks. The Chardonnay is dealcoholised and makes up 40% of the blend, giving it body and a clean mineral thread. The oak-rested water adds a barely-there wooden depth — something you feel more than taste. Dry, sparkling, and genuinely refreshing. The kind of drink that works before a meal and alongside one.

WINEMAKING DETAILS

Organic rhubarb juice from Abavas estate fields, Tukuma county. Combined with lavender infusion and oak-rested water. Dealcoholised Chardonnay 40%. Naturally carbonated. No alcohol. No artificial additives. Serve chilled at 6–8°C.
