THE STORY

The Mediterran started life as a simple idea: take red grape juice — pressed early from the Palatinate's biodynamic vineyards — and infuse it with rosemary tea. Sven Leiner's rosemary comes from his own preparation, grown and dried on the estate. The result smells like a Provençal kitchen and drinks like nothing you've had before. Slightly sweet by the numbers, but the rosemary cuts across it and pulls things back to dry.

WINEMAKING DETAILS

Early-harvest red grape juice from Demeter-certified Palatinate vineyards. Infused with artisanal rosemary tea, prepared in-house. Carbonated and heat-treated. 0.0% ABV. Demeter certified. Organic. Vegan. Serve at 7–10°C. Formerly labelled FUSION free Mediterran.

SERVING NOTE

Serve well chilled, around 6–8°C. Put it in the fridge for 25–30 minutes before opening. Already cold? Open and pour straight away.

No sediment, no decanting needed. Light and ready.
