THE STORY

Just south of Landau, on a hill called the Kleine Kalmit, Sven and Simone Leiner have been farming biodynamically for over four decades. The Infusion Wiesenkräutern started as an answer to one question: what do our non-drinking guests drink? The answer is early-harvest grape juice blended with handmade meadow herb tea — chamomile, hay, wild grasses from the Palatinate. Lightly sparkling, barely sweet, smelling like a freshly mown summer field. Not a substitute for wine. Something better than that.

WINEMAKING DETAILS

Early-harvest grape juice from Demeter-certified Palatinate vineyards. Blended with artisanal meadow herb tea infusion, prepared in-house. Carbonated and heat-treated to preserve flavour. 0.0% ABV. Organic. Demeter certified. Vegan. Serve at 7–10°C in a wine glass. Formerly labelled FUSION free Wiesenkräuter.

SERVING NOTE

Serve well chilled, around 6–8°C. Put it in the fridge for 25–30 minutes before opening. Already cold? Open and pour straight away.

No sediment, no decanting needed. Light and ready.
