THE STORY

Christian and Alexander Jansen started ALT. because the non-alcoholic shelf felt like an afterthought — sweet, flat, forgettable. Their Sparkling Rosé is an answer to that. 100% organic Tempranillo from chalky, sandy soils in central Spain. The grapes are pressed, fermented, and made into a proper rosé before the alcohol is removed through vacuum distillation at low temperature. The snap and effervescence of a real sparkling rosé, with summer berries carrying through from nose to finish.

WINEMAKING DETAILS

100% organic Tempranillo from sandy and calcareous soils in central Spain. Classical winemaking, cold fermentation in stainless steel. Dealcoholised via vacuum distillation at low temperature. Minimal additions: organic sugar, CO₂, sulphites. Vegan. Gluten-free. Certified organic.

SERVING NOTE

Serve well chilled, around 6–8°C. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes before opening. Already cold? Open and pour straight away.

No sediment, no decanting needed. This one is ready.
